Q. Where are you located and how do I get there?
A. We are located at 1835 E Main St El Cajon, CA 92021. This is off the 8 freeway, take the Greenfield Drive exit, then go north to Main Street, right on Main St, we're located on the right side of the street.
| | Q. What time is Check In/Out Time?
A. Check in time is 1:00pm. Check Out time is 12:00 noon. Please notify the office prior to check out if you plan to stay longer. NO REFUNDS if you choose to leave early.
| | Q. Are Pets Welcome?
A. Yes we are pet friendly; however, they must be kept on a maximum 6’ leash at all times when outside of your RV. Owners must clean-up after pets, bags are available throughout the resort, a dog run is also available for your convenience. Pets can not be left unattended inside or outside the RV at any time during your stay. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. No aggressive breeds allowed.
| | Q. Do you have 50 amp hook-ups?
A. All of our sites come equipped with 30 or 50 amp plugs.
| | Q. What is included at each site?
A. All our sites are gravel with concrete pads and all our roads are paved. Sites have 30 and 50 amp electric plugs, water, cable TV connection, sewer hook-up.
| | Q. Do you offer telephone lines at each site?
A. Each site is set up with a telephone line, you can contact one of our local providers, Cox or AT&T to activate the line.
| | Q. Do you offer high speed cable at each site?
A. Each site is set up with high speed cable. You can contact Cox Cable to activate high speed internet or additional cable TV services.
| | Q. Do you offer WiFi?
A. Tengo is our WiFi provider and can be accessed instantly for a fee.
| | Q. Do you have a swimming pool?
A. Yes and a Jacuzzi. The pool is heated year round to 86 degrees and the Jacuzzi is heated to 102 degrees.
| | Q. Can we have a Camp Fire?
A. The City of El Cajon will not permit any open fires, however charcoal and gas grills are welcome.
| | Q. Do you have any tent sites?
A. Unfortunately we do not allow tent camping.
